I just want to know what wires I need to change so that all the electrical stuff on the new seats will work with my 95 GT

i put 99 cobra seats in my 96 gt.

new edge seats have 4 wires, where sn's have two wires. I'm about 95 percent sure on that. I just put the two hot wires together and the two grounds together and it's worked fine ever since.

So I installed the seats today, although I thought they were midnight black they were actually charcoal gray. They came off a 2001 GT Vert and they went into my 95 GT Vert. This is what I did for anyone that's thinking about doing this swap. Took out the old seats and took off both female seat belts from the car with a torx bit. You take the new seats, and take off the female seat belts as well, the 99-04 belts come attached to the seat and not bolted on to the car itself. It's necessary to keep the old seatbelts because the old male part of the belt will not fit into the new one. The other option is to swap out the front male seat belts for a set of 99-04. Moving on with the install, find a way to unplug the new seatbelt sensor connector from the seat, I had to take off all 4 bolts and remove the track in order to get to the connector. Remove the connector and female belt. In order for your old seatbelt to fit on the new seat you will have to drill two small holes in the lower plastic cover for a pair of metal tabs to go in. With some needle nose pliers remove the washer that holds the torx bolt on the belt. Now connect the old seatbelt to the new seat and bolt it down, if the seatbelt plug is not connected to the seat the seat will not work, meaning it won't move back and forth or tilt. The next step is to cut off the plug that connects to the car, the 99-04 has a 4 pin plug, while the old one only has 2. Cut both plugs and leave the wires as long as possible. Put the seat track back together if you haven't already. With the seat in the car, solder or join the 2 green wires from the new seat to the grayish wire coming from the car. The black wire and the wire with the stripe from the new seat to the black wire from the car. Fortunately the wiring only has to be done to the drivers side, but the seatbelts have to be swapped to both seats. Everything else bolts on just like the 94-98, including the rear seats. Hope this helps someone in the future.
