Nothing really too special, dropped it down onto 400# spring coilovers up front. Going to sort out get 275# spring rates for the rear soon. These were just quick pics after washing it.

My favorite... shows the uniqueness of the paint!

ZOMG sooooo sick.

What kit was it?

Thanks man.

It's the Maximum Motorsports Bilstein Coilover Kit and the MMCC0304 Caster/Camber Plates.

Thanks a lot for the compliments man, I'm almost satisfied with how it looks. It's just absolutely begging for a cowl hood though :)

I wanna get coilovers for my Bullitt, maybe I'll look at that kit. How does it ride?
I'll get on their site and check prices.

the ride quality is solely dependent on the spring rate. The higher the spring rate, the harsher the ride will be. I went with the stiffest spring rate you can run on the street because I don't care about the ride quality. You can email or call MM and they can determine the spring rate that best suits you.

That kit you posted is good, but, I already had Roush-Bilstein shocks and struts so I didn't need to buy it. I don't know what the suspension is like on the bullitt but I know it doesn't have bilsteins so that kit would be good for you.

I'll have to look into it. We have upgraded shocks from reg GTs.
I was looking at the UPR front K-Member kit. Then get some good springs for the rear.

I'd avoid UPR's k-member like a herpies infested prostitute. I haven't heard anything good to come put out of them and I've heard of them breaking. This is just my personal opinion of course and others may feel different.

I'd look into just running MM, Griggs, or Steeda for the k-member.

It is one my options but I had a 00R on my last car and want to go with something different. I do love the Saleen side scoops though..

My current top choices are these two though.

Most of my local friends with their high HP cars run UPR without issues. They all recommended them to me. I havent heard any issues with them so that's new news to me. MM is really expensive and Griggs (drooling) is too. Haven't thought about steeda.

it may have been an isolated incident but one cracked k-member is one too many. Sure you're going to put some extra $$$ down, but for the reassurance that MM and Griggs provide, I wouldn't run anything else UNLESS, it was Agent 47's double A-Arm Suspension.

Yeah Griggs suspension is sex. But they are mostly for road racing right? I bet it handles like a dream. But how good is it for weight distribution for when you're racing? Or is it just you gotta adjust it to do it

Still very much useable for the street. my mom gave me so much shit for lowering the car because she thought it was gonna ride violently like my eibach pro kit on my old v6. she was surprised because it rides the same as the roush springs did. stiff, but bearable.

The less weight you have being "distributed" the better. the weight of a tubular k-member will help greatly in handling.

i know... you're waiting for me to add more power haha. But yes, I'm a suspension nut and I've been wanting to do this since I bought the car :)

looks really good, I always thought you had blue paint because of your sig.

yup, the paint is a trip. I've been told it looks black, grey, and blue. I love the color shift.
