I can't help much on the A/C questions but as far as the door panels you can run any door panel from 94-04 but 99+ has different color interiors. 99+ has charcoal as opposed to our black, parchment as opposed to our saddle etc etc..

its hard to say what you need for AC. did the car have it before from the factory and a previous owner took it out or did the car never have it to begin with?

ya it had it once before but the previous owner took it out along with some other things for weight because it was gonna be a drag car then his son didnt want a ford and he didnt wanna keep a ford in his driveway cuz he was mopar...he had 3 cudas in his garage...all 3 of them had motors in them with less than 200 miles on them but each one of them had a brand new crate motor sitting in front of the cars. So there were some thing ripped out of the car and now im putting it back starting with the a/c

well to start off with the a/c, depends what all is missing. the run down is: compressor, condensor, accumulator, evaporator under the dash, both the lines from compressor to acumulator and condensor, and lines from condensor to evap and to evap. beins the system has been opened for so long i take it. when you get all your hard parts installed. make sure you run a vacuum on it for at least 30-45 minutes, this will suck all the moisture out of the system and youll need to add roughly 2oz. of oil per component. should be around 6-8 oz. then charge the system. im a ase tech so, if you need any help. pm me or repost and ill help you out. im sure he left the electrical side in and i hope he didnt take the evaporator out. thats the hardest part of the whole deal.

second part. any door panel from a 94-98 will work in your sn95. color will be your pick and choose. what type of rattle are you having. like all the time?, when the window is operated?, closing the door?

my old door panels had broken clips on them as well from stupid previous owner, it would rattle over bumps and all the time just drove me nuts. so when i put my other door panels on that were good. it was like a cadillac. so that could be your problem as well. check into it..

thanks for all the info!!! The rattle that im having is not from the door panel, but its actually in the door. I dont know what it is. It does it while the window is up or down.

Maybe when they put the window motor in they forgot to tighten it down all the way or maybe tey dropped a bolt or something in your door.

Mine rattled too and it was some metal rod that fell off in the bottom. My passenger one had one in it too... Dunno what it went to, so far I've yet to have any problems...

well they didnt tighten any bolts back..i did that and the rattle sounds like something is hanging and just smacking the door when i close it or hit a bumb..its kinda toward the top of the door so i already ruled out something being dropped in the door. thanks guys ill eventually figure it out when i get a chance.

being said that your hearing this noise at the top of the door, try taking your door panel off. underneath your panel at the top of the door it self, there are 2 guides for the glass to ride on. they kinda keep it pushed back so it will stay in the track. maybe for some reason the idiot took those loose to put the motor in.if those are loose. that would cause a rattle in the top of the door.

let me know what all you have with your a/c system. im sure you want some ice cold a/c soon..lol
