your car is not cammed. and that noise is ur powerstering pump check the fluid level. but that is a common noise when u crank the stering wheel all the way over.

Im hoping thias car is mostly stock, I dont wanna have to deal with 2 much of someone elses work.

depending upon your A/F ratio and potential vacuum leaks it doesnt sound out of the ordinary. Sounds just like a 5.0 to me
