Good company from what I have seen. Pretty sure the Saleen wing I got was from them years ago.

My side exhaust covers should be here any day now. From what I've read, they didn't have the best stuff at first, but with time they've improved immensely.

I have their Cobra front bumper with the lip. My cousin, who put it on, said it needed some massaging. He then said all stuff like this needs some. Non-OEM stuff, forgot the word he used.

But I am very happy with it!!

thanks for the replies, im going with a saleen style kit on my 95GT and i was just leary of the quality,
im just being a cheapskate i guess, but i dont like the idea of letting go of 1200 bucks for the actual saleen one
unless the collective idea here is that is the best way to go, once again, all help appreciated

I wouldn't risk the quality on a whole body kit. Then again, Saleen's Genuine parts are VERY poor. Pinholes, warping, i bought an S351 from them many moons ago. It arrived in the box with body filler over some holes and about 200 minute pinholes.

That's how my s281 wing arrived. Lots of pinholes and warped. I sold it on eBay and went with a Kaenen

and having to fix all the imperfections? thanks for all the heads up guys.

I have a Saleen bodykit on my '95. My buddy, who owned the car before me, put it on. To me, the quality is decent. He didn't do ANY prep work though and it shows. The drivers side doors catches the sideskirt if its below 75? outside. The front bumper was crooked and then painted, so now there is a thin spot of paint right in front/under the driver's side headlight.

I guess what I'm trying to say is that it is all in the fitment and prep work. Take your time and test fit everything multiple times before you attach it permanently. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure...

I haven't heard of any bad things from ABCExclusive lately so I wouldn't be too worried about ordering from them. I'd steer away from Geniune Saleen parts, haven't ever heard good things about their parts for ANives. stanger_missle is right though, the little bit of work at the beginning will say a lot of headaches too.

if you're not paying labor costs or are getting a "deal" on the paint job, then go for it. The general consensus about abcexclusive's quality is that their stuff needs work to meet the quality of other more expensive brands. If you're paying for the prep labor, the money you would save on the hood, you would spend on the extra prep work. You'd be better off going with a higher quality manufacturer.

the thing is though, pretty much anything you buy even OEM stuff is going to take some prep work before its painted anyways

Gottcha!
Oh and you arent in South Texas by any means lol. You are like mid texas lol. I am 5 hours south of you... now thats south texas. i mean what other state can you drive 5 hours and still be in the damn state lol. Gotta love Texas. Takes me 10 hours to actually reach any other state in the US but only 5 minutes to get into Mexico from where I live.

I have their front and rear bumper covers, as well their speedster covers. Hood I got elsewhere and wished that I had gotten ABC instead.

My front bumper is cracked in 7 different places, even after several of them had been repaired and resprayed. It was supposed to be urethane but appears to be fiberglass. But to be honest, that bumper is 7 years old, and Ive hit a few things with it. The rear bumper is 5 years old, and my speedster covers are 9 years old, and theyre still pretty good. No cracking.

As far as fitment issues, I would say that there arent any, or if there are, I would say, the closest fitment youre going to get it OEM. Remember, this is an aftermarket company. Ive heard of people complaining about ABCs quality and fitment, and then turn around and give the exact same complaints toward official legitimate saleen parts.
