I'm doing a PI head swap. Following mods:
Lightly polished & ported new Romeo PI heads
Stage 2 MHS Bullet PI cams
75mm TB & Plenum
PI intake
Long tube headers
Pypes High flow catted xpipe w/Edebrock cat-back
WMS Racing CAI

I want to use 24lb injectors to better support these mods. Do I need another MAF, or can it be adjusted for in the tune?

You actually have two choices; you could have a custom program built or it tuned and reprogrammed for the 24 lb injectors which is the correct way of doing it. The injector size calibrations are part of the PCM's programming. Or you could go with the so called calibrated MAFs that the manufactures claim to be electronically calibrated for a certain size injector. This is not the correct way to do it since the true calibration in the programming and not controlled by the MAF. These so called calibrated MAFs fool the PCM into thinking less air is coming in and so they shorten the pulse width of the injectors. In all my years of tuning I have yet to come across a single calibrated MAF that didn't need corrected by reprogramming the PCM. Some are way off while others are closer to giving you a somewhat safe setup. I've even had two identical so called calibrated MAFs for a said size injector from the same manufacture and I got different results from both of them. The so called calibrated MAF is usually cheaper than a chip or programmer with a custom program and is way cheaper than a dyno tune, this is why they are so popular. But this is also old school from back when no one really had cracked the calibrations of the PCMs.

Thanks for the info. When I'm done with the mods it was going to be tuned on a Dyno. I'll make sure to let the Tuner know to include the injector size in the tune.
