The thin vacuum line protruding from the passenger side of the firewall and proceeding toward the vacuum tree on the driver side has likely been broken or pierced. Fix the vacuum leak and your heater should blow out the floor vents again.

You can also check your ABS Sensor behind your spindle. I had mine light up after i first got my old Vert and i took the wheel off and cleaned it off with a little BPC and it went off and then i scanned it and nothing.... Just my .02

Huh, mine's been on for about 2-4 years?  I had it scanned & I need a new sensor.  It just flashes away.  I'm kinda used to it by now.  It was going to be like $125!!  I could spend that on so much more.  I don't need any air bags!!

Yeah the reason i tried it was that when i braked hard it would grab then just randomly start shuddering and doing all sorts of things crazy so i tried it and it worked...

If the ABS light came on immediately after you installed the harmonic damper then maybe you did not hook everything up properly. If so did you retrace your steps?

You could always jump the DLC for the ABS in the engine bay near the fuse box, thus if there's any stored codes the ABS light will flash the fault/faults stored. Jump terminals #2(org/wt) and #6(blk) at ABS DLC. Once DLC is jumped, turn ignition on, ABS light in dash will begin to flash. If there's any fault/faults stored they will be displayed but only once..hehe so don't mess up or you'll have to start all over. If there's no fault stored, ABS will flash code #12 then remain on untill ignition is turned off and jumper wire is removed.

Here's some ABS codes I have on-hand:
12(system ok)
19(ABS Control Module)
22(RF Valve)
24(LH Valve)
26(Rear ABS Valve)
31(RF Wheel Sensor)
32(RR Wheel Sensor)
33(LF Wheel Sensor)
34(LR Wheel Sensor)
41(RF Wheel Sensor)
42(RR Wheel Sensor)
43(LF Wheel Sensor)
44(LR Wheel Sensor)
61(Pump Motor/Motor Relay)
63(Voltage Interruption)
69(Low Voltage)
78(Sensor Frequency)

You may have hit one of the ABS wires.

Like said previously, find out if it is flashing codes or it could be the ABS control unit tends to die everyonce in a while. It is behind the radiator on the passanger side.
