Not sure but there might be a FRPP/Whipple for the 96-98. Why not just get a Kenne Bell or a Vortech?

+1? You really can't go wrong with a KB, Vortech, or Procharger...all will push out more than your stock block could ever dream of

I want something not loud (whining), and totaly stock looking. I would be happy with 340 - 370 HP, and intercooled. A supercharger for daily driving, and long time use.

Well its definately tough to hide a supercharger...but why would you only want something to push out 340-370 im just curious? After a week your car will feel like a slug again

haha 340-370 isnt gonna happen in NPI form just so you know..

you would need ATLEST a Pi intake and like 10 psi to touch 340

:thumb: Yeah OK ....... Looks like a Kenne Bell could.

http://www.sn95forums.com/forum/index.php?topic=13237.0

Considering the kenne bell replaces the pi intake and its intercooled.....+ Kennebell claims 151 HP over stock with 9 psi intercooled on a 96-98 gt...which is 366 hp at the crank or about 311 at the wheels...thats straight from KB.

You go ahead and believe that your gonna make that kind of power.

dude, justins not lieing. We are two guys who have gone this route. I had every bolt on in the book, a SQ trim, 3.12 pulley, paxton intercooler, power pipe, PI manifold and I put down 370rwhp/380tq. Yes this is through an auto, but just slapping a blower on I doubt you would even break 280s

well considering ive got pi intake, long tubes, full bolt ons, and intercooled at 10 psi....Im probably making 350 to the wheels

you had like the same shit as me but 12 psi which made up for the 20 more hp

yeah, going by my numbers I would guess that you are in the 350rwhp range. Any further plans?

I dont really know...I was kinda planning on seeing how this works out cause I dont want to drop money into a 120k NPI motor...if the motor ever lets go I would just swap a full PI motor in it.
.....I may get a set of light weight rims so I can cut down on the rotating mass.

Yeah it can.

uh, it can...with like 17 PSI...which isnt really considered safe.

Show me a full NPI car making 350 rwhp with a blower.

I guess it would be possible with a PD blower since it replaces the NPI intake which is a huge bottleneck....but even then..shiow me proof of your statement

I have yet to see a complete NON PI car hit 350rwhp also with a realistic boost setting

probably becuase to hit 350 rwhp on a NPI car it would seriously need to be running like 17 PSI...and even though its below the "safe range", it would probably blow fast.

You just can't always believe what you read in mags/forums/websites. Even though Kenne bell claims "151" hp, that isn't realistic on our little non pi motors.

lol...yea, PI is over rated anyway....I was dead even with a 04 PI gt with o/r x, slps, 4.10s, tuned with like 8 psi vortech from a roll...so as far as im concerned my npi motors doin alright...especially with the subs in the trunk and boat anchor rims.
