I was going to drive it about 55 miles north. I mentioned it to my mechanic & he said there is a place 20 miles south of me. I am not sure what to do, though. I have stock shocks/struts, Pro-Kits, & FRPP C/C Plates. If my car is not straight, will they just adjust the C/C plates? Will this automatically fix my steering wheel? Is there anything else I need to know about or ask? Sorry, I just have no idea!! Thanks!!

I'm sure they will know what to do. I am just trying to think of as much as I can.

That's what the c/c plates are kinda for, right? I was told when I added Pro-Kits I would need them, so I never questioned it.

whan a car is lowered there is only so much adjustment that can be done. the cc plates are to give more room to adj the upper part of the tire to get it more vertical.

Yes, soon enough, I'll be on the hunt for some c/c plates..... even with my FRPP "C" springs, I maxed out the stock specs and need just a little more to get it perfect.

probably. if it is pulling one way or another then your going to have some sort of tire wear. i've been driving around without cc plates and the tires are shot after only 2 years

It is driving pretty straight. It has never been a true straight car though. I just figured that was because I had a muscle car. I took it today to get an appt with the alignment shop. Monday @ 10. I asked my mechanic if it was OK to drive. He took it out to make sure my odometer was working on the hwy. He said it did fine. I don't like to really leave my house. & my tires were aired up & stuff. Totally forgot those rims are still brand new! They were perfect! Thanks!!

Had her aligned today. They said the RH side was off. Not too much, just needed to be corrected. It straightened up my steering wheel! I'm a happy customer. Car is down again, though. I noticed my hood was leaking something on my LH side. Found out for sure it was the power steering high pressure hose, I think it what I was told. Didn't have 1 @ my local parts store. Going to O'Reillys 20 miles south to get it in the morning, $39. If it's not 1 thing, it's another.
