Basicly I"m looking to beef up the old stereo and have discovered the the stock alternator pully won't cut, so I am wondering if anyone knows where I can get an over drive pully for it? Also, anyone out there have one, and how's it working for you?

i'm not aware of any companies that make pullies to speed up the alternator, as that might cause problems within the unit.
Your best bet if you are going to spend the money to put a stereo in it, is to put a higher amp alternator in there... Quite a
few companies make some nice units, some going up to 200amp capacity.

agreed!

if you need more than that, look into a deep cycle battery and maybe a sizable capacitor (1 farad or more).

If your doing a stereo that serious i will still invest in a Deep Cycle Batt and a Fared Capacitor. You would rather be safe then sorry.
