Got my wheels the other day in the mail. Opened them up today to find a nice chip in one of the 9" wide ones. Made a phone call to one of their support rep's and they sent a new one out right away! E-mailed me a UPS label and everything! Extremely great C.S.!

EDIT!!! :tickedoff: :wall: :tickedoff: :wall:

I went to go put the rear wheels on with a standard 6 point deep wall Craftsman socket. I tried to put the socket in the lug nut shaft and IT DIDN'T FIT!!!! How the f$%k does this not fit?!?!?!?!?!?! So I tried numerous other spots, even the one that wasn't mounted on the car yet. STILL DIDN'T FIT!!!!! So I try once more with the one mounted on the car and the socket slips out of my hand, falls and chips the MOTHA FUCKING WHEEL, AGAIN!!!!!! :wall: :wall: :wall: :wall: :wall: :wall: :wall: :wall: :wall: :wall: :wall: :wall: :wall: :wall: :wall: :wall: :wall: :wall: :wall: :wall: :wall: :wall: :wall: :wall: :wall: :wall: :wall: :wall:

WHAT THE FUCK KINDOF OF BULLSHIT QUALITY IS THIS!!!!!!!!! THE FINISH IS THAT FRAGILE?!?! TO PROVE MY POINT I TOOK THE SOCKET OVER TO A SET OF RAMPS I HAD POWDER COATED YELLOW AND STARTED BEATING THE RAMPS WITH THE SOCKET!!!!! RESULTS?!?! GO FIGURE.....
NOTHING HAPPENED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I cannot believe this. Never again will I buy wheels from them unless they find a new supplier.

I bought my black FR500s from them and to be honest, I'm not happy with them either. Hell, they began rusting in certain spots!

I probably won't buy from them again.

that sucks man! i know their plating isnt the best of quality at all, i had put a good coating of mothers on my rims, and 2 weeks later they were kinda dull from brake dust and i just toke a rag and wiped them off gently and it put some light scratches on them, i couldnt believe it. My other rims are brand new looking, and theya relike 5 years old. +1 on them getting a diff. supplier but overall im happy with their C/S and shipping

$170 a wheel is pretty cheap for a big cast aluminum powdercoated wheel.
