Anderson Motorsport N-41 Cam issues?

Hey guys and gals,

I'm currently in the process of rebuilding my motor on my 1995 GT, has any SN95 people had any issues with driveability with an Anderson Motorsport N-41 cam with the EEC-IV computer setup?

Here is a list of my mods:

GT-40 heads freshened up with dual valve springs rated at .540 lobe lift
Ford Reproduction 306 short block with stock cast pistons, crank and rods
Ford Explorer Intake Manifold
1.6 Pedestal roller rockers.
65mm BBK Throttle Body
24lb Injectors
3.73 Gears

I have that cam in my fox and have very minor driveability issues. The worst part is the lack of vacuum at low rpm and at idle. Sometimes the brakes don't pump up like they should, but other than that it's flawless and sounds amazing.
