Annoying plastic noise coming from rear interior panel. Any ideas?

I'm not saying it's new or wonderful. It's just asphalt saturated felt paper.

Also, I'm not advocating that this be used as a cheap alternative to a sound deadening product. I had some on hand so I cut a piece to stop squeaks on plastic.

yea my cars vapor barrier was all gone! thats why it was like driving a windtunnel down the road. if you bought it of some dingleberry like i did then it could have been the cause
