It's funny that you mention that. It appears to be a t-bird because that body kit uses T-Bird headlights.

It's called a Daytona Widebody, I can't remember who made the kit, but they were somewhat big int he late-ish 90's. There was a magazine that did a project car that had one of the kits on it.

This one is not tastefully done, but I have seen some that don't look too awful
