What gears would you guys recommend using with a roots setup? I have 3.27's sitting in a box that I think I'm gonna use. I'm not using 4.10's so please don't suggest those LOL. I don't like them as it is. Does it get up and go hella fast? Yes. But with a roots I know for a fact there gonna be overkill. Shift times would be even sooner, and I found that I do a lot of highway driving and would really like to have a highway friendly vehicle. I daily it in the summer and my winter daily gets all the work done on it and just sits.

I'm thinking either my 3.27 or a 3.55. What do you guys think?

Blower is a Kenne Bell. Either 1.7 or 2.1 I think, not sure yet

Well I figure most of them are either N/A thread's or Centri threads and my setup will be roots so I want to get it straight haha

Not sure what would be a good set of gears for your sc exactly.

I have 373s in mine, love them! But first gear is absolutely pointless when launching. I have to start off in second which isnt a huge surpise.

I agree dont do 410. I find 373s are perfect for driving. The normal speed limits + highway speed is perfect for me

blower on a GT= get 3.55's. Me personally, I'd still shoot for 3.73s with a blower on a GT. But since you do highway driving get the 3.55's and don't worry they'll be plenty good.

Saw a silver new edge GT today that rolled up on me wanting to race, after I down shifted he didn't want none of snake. Stock wheels and lowered, it was sexy af.

Dude go 3.73's and dont look back. The modular motor cars love the gear. Even with the blower on. You're going to blow off first no matter what gear you go with with that kinda power. Then its time to move to suspension upgrades to get that power to hook. You want 3.73's Ill trade you rear ends right now. My car NEEDs the 4.10's. She likes to rev.

Me personally i would put 3:93 gears in it. A 3:73 your gonna get more top end and lower rpms . A 4:10 or 4:11 Gear you will take off faster and run higher rpm ( red light to red light gears ) I wouldnt worry about 1st gear I would worry about the ones you make some speed in . Have owned all of these
