1. havent run the car in a while so i felt it necessary to give it a little gas, the car was completely warmed up and i gave it about half throttle from 5mph, (no squealing tires) shifted to 2nd around 3500, and 3rd at about 3000. ran smooth and didnt power shift.

2. when i parked the car in my drive, i was a little frazzled as i got a crazy phone call... (no specifics).. pulled the ebrake and put it in reverse, then without turning it off i let the clutch out like normal and it of course jumped backward and died.

i know the car is completely fine but i was just getting a few opinions on these 2 things :)

1) seems normal?> i dont see the question with that...
2) you stalled it or you shut it off and the motor was still turning a little when you let the clutch out...no biggie

I disagree, the engine will require a complete tear down/overhaul.
the tranny and brakes will need rewelded shut too! j.k.

what is the ? did you run someone over when you stalled it or when you drove it like a car?

hhaha, no biggie, everyone leaves it in gear and stalls it sooner or later. Won't do too much to the car at all. You don't have to worry. lol

Well if you keep it to the floor there won't be no spin/catch/spin/catch.

Well don't do that! Stupid things happen to stupid people! They're made for racing and cruising not trying to burn tires off. Use your common sense and what YOU know that your car can handle and you will be fine. But, at the same time, if you're gonna drive it like your scared then you might as well sell it to someone who isn't. Snow doughnuts or not!
