I pulled out my smog system and installed the delete pulley and now my belt is way to long, I thought I would not need a new belt but I guess not, did anybody run into this problem, what size belt did you have to go to?

I also removed the smog pump and installed a pulley. My stock belt fit just fine.

My stock belt didn't fit either after putting the smog delete on, I had to go to the next size lower(1/2 an inch shorter than stock) which the computer said was for a cobra. But The stock belt DID fit, but it was making the tensioner bottom out and made a lot of knocking noise, so I went with the next shortest belt :).

No problem, I had the same issue and couldn't find a solution, thankfully, I work at a Ford dealer and a technician told me what size to get :p. I think the smog delete pulley is just a bit smaller than the actual smog pump pulley itself, which is kind of weird.
