I will be getting a tuner soon...I am just trying to figure out if it will be worth it to buy one used. If I buy a used unlocked xcal II, am I going to have to pay another $100 on top of whatever I pay for the tuner to get a tune for my car? Or can I just tune my car myself? Most used ones go for $200-250. When you buy it brand new it is $380 and you get 3 tunes with it+ I can get the Xcal III for the same price. Am I correct in thinking I will be spending $300-350 for a used one after I buy the tune and might as well just spend the extra $30 and get the newer tuner (xcal III) and 3 tunes from lasota racing? [/run-on]
