Any info on these heads?

In the Muscle Mustangs latest article the dynoed some pro comp heads on a stock 5.0 and got 399hp. anyone know anything about these heads.

takes more than just heads to make that kind of power.
im sure it has HCI,stroker kit and some good compression if NA.

I was wondering about those heads too. They made 399hp with a 302, not stroked for a little bit over $1,000 dollars. They got the heads on ebay.

Thats was on an engine dyno, I believe electric water pump, and no accesories, and Im kinda drawing a blank but wasnt it carbed as well?

if you figure 20% for drivetrain loss your number would be 319ish. Dont know if that helps or means anything.

Pro comp is actually Australian. Decent heads for the money on some level, but on others complete trash. Buy a set of used Vic Jr's, fly cut, custom cam, intake, and you'll hit the magic number.

I was really interested in the article until i saw they were procomp. ALmost makes you want to try them though.

"Almost" only counts in Horseshoes and Hand Granades....
My vote goes for a set of Used TrickFlow/AFR, even GT40X/Y heads...
