I joined the 5.0 Cobra club this year when I bought a '94 Cobra convertible pace car, sans stickers. It's all original with 139K Miles. It still needs some work but it's getting there.

My plans for it are to be a spring through fall daily driver.

To me, the 5.0 Cobra in the SN95 body is just about the perfect package. It's a more comfortable driver than the "Fox bodies" with the same ease of service and maintenance. I guess I'm old-school, I've always prefered the 5.0 over the OHC modular motors. They just sound better.

Nothing sounds as good as a well built pushrod.

Evilcw311 I would have to agree! I'm a little biased I suppose lol. But even when people hear my Cobra they all love it with the 5.0 in er' with that big Anderson N41 cam lumpin' away.

Just curious if theres anyone else with what seems to be a dying breed of SVT's these days. If you've got one, check in :)
I had a '94. Did a lot of work to it and then found a small area of frame rot. 12 years of New England Winters did it in. I repaired and sold car to somebody in Rochester, NY. Would love to know if still on the road. If anybody is local to central Mass, I have a bunch of '94-95 Cobra specific stuff I need to get rid of like a bunch of oil filter cooling adapters. We happened into this one in a trade for a motorcycle. 1995 Black on black with leather seats. Mostly stock with a few add ons: long tube headers, cold air, 3.73 gears, cat delete, etc.

I bought a 1994 Cobra clone yesterday (GT that has built engine and all of the looks of the cobra). Love it!

She's super clean!! What amazes me is your 10 posts in 14 years!! At least some one here has a life!! :D:D
Thanks. I haven't messed around with the car in so many years and I don't get around to the forums like I used to. I used to spend a lot of time on Stangnet and tinkering with the car. But, life, kids, college, work, wife changed that. This will change soon because I am nearing retirement and I will be painting the car. I've already stripped, sealed and primed most of the car. It is just sitting in the garage for now. This will be one of my retirement projects. I will have the time when I retire. That's my plan.

The good ole stangnet days. I knew the screen name looked familiar. Welcome back
