there are a few around me that are making 450-470 on the stock bottom end.

I worked at JDM for a good bit. We had quite a few cars holding 500whp+ through 3200-stalled 5R55S's (also stock).
There is a good list of 10 second stock motor (oil pan to valve covers), full street weight, stock transmission cars.
It's all in the tune.
