My ABS light is on so I started looking into it and found the fuse missing. Replaced the fuse and then the ABS started kicking in everytime I hit the brakes at low speeds, so I just took the fuse back out. While the fuse is in and it's kicking in there is no ABS light and no codes to go off of. I'm thinking ABS module or wheels speed sensor. How are the rear WSS set up? Is it like the trucks with one sensor on the diff housing?

This happened to me when I busted an abs sensor, make sure they're all still hooked up and not bent or crushed.

Ok I'm fine with doing wiring or replacing the sensors. I was just hoping it wasn't a symptom of the ABS controller going bad, Lol.

You probably have one sensor with a signal dropping to 0 at low speeds.

On the 96-98 models the data can be pulled through the OBD2 port. The 94-95s are slightly tougher. I'll try to find the diagnostic details for you.

Idk mines a 96 and it had a seperate port for the ABS under the hood. It's not in with the OBDII reader.
