That looks about right, would it have a flat look on the decal or would the design have some sort of depth to it?

if you want some depth to it I could make it a layered decal with 2 pieces, one chrome and then the black on top. You could put it on the center cap and clear over it to make it more perminant and also not like a decal.

What kind of prices would you be able to get them for? Already people selling sets for @ $20 shipped so you would have to be cheaper than that to cut into an established companies business.

I personally would prefer to buy from someone on here so hopefully you get good at this and can make it happen.

there are a number of styles for sale on the net but none of them offer to design the idea you have in your head. for a single layer with printing I could get them to your door for $10. If you want depth to it and want two layers $15 would be fair unless the second piece is a fancier carbon fiber vinyl.

Hey steve, the decals I show on the bottom of my link above is a double later with the top being carbon fiber and looks cool enought that I have had that style on since. The CF has a 3D effect depending on how you look at it. A double layer with that would probably be closer to $17 shipped. If you want to see it for real I would be happy to cut one(when I get home) to show what they look like.

The place I bought my saleen decals will do a custom logo of your choosing so they are out there.

On mine the saleen logo is raised from the black chrome back so I guess that is double layer?

what's this carbon fiber you speak of? Could you do a CF circle with a chrome or somethin SVT logo over/on it?

if you look at teh botton of my page1 cardomain link up there you can see the CF but it isn;t the greatest pic. The 5.0 in CF and the background in chrome, my fav so far. The start with a piece of chrome/mylar vinyl and then stamp/print the design on it. This way it will glimmers with light in some direction and not in others. it isn't a cheap material because of the time involved but it looks good.

I would have no problem doing 5 single layers for $10 shipped and 5 dual layers for $15 as long as the one of the layers isn't CF, that would probably me $18 for 5.

I think that Bullit gas cap logo would look amazing on a center cap. I bet you could sell a bunch of them when word gets out.

well when I get out I will cut some out and see how they look for real. I thickened up the circles and lines and it makes it a little more bold and better looking IMO.

any other ideas or constructive critisism feel free to hit me up. I am hoping to get out tomorrow and still have time to kill. I already have the pony logo, cursive and regular GT emblems and can mix/match them with out too much trouble.
