AODE to T5 Using 3.8 T5 Questions

sup guys. My AODE has took a crap for the 3rd time. So im done with it. been looking into abunch of stuff about swapping over to a T5
and have checked the ratios with the 3.8L t5 and the 5.0L t5 and it has very minor differences. Had acouple of questions though.
Ive read about modding the stock aode harness to work with the T5 but i would like to get the right harness. Is a 3.8L t5 harness the same as the 5.0L T5 wiring harness.? The connectors seem to be the same. Also the computer. Ive read mixed things about the motor surging or running crappy with the aode computer. Has anyone tried that and had similar problems? and will the 3.8L clutch fork work?
Thanks..., im trying to have this done before the 1st of the year.
Ive found everything else on ebay, and im going to try to use the AODE driveshaft.
Also anyone ever used the $135 "king cobra clutch" from ebay?

I have the King Cobra clutch from FRPP...Its nice, grabs really well.
Also when I did my ADOE to T45 swap I switched my computer. Definately worth the little $$ spent versus getting my auto computer tuned.

Not sure about the compatibility though :'(

yeah im definitely gonna change the computer. And good to hear about that clutch im gonna go ahead and order that.
still wondering though if the 3.8L T5 trans harness will work with the 5.0L?
