Appropriate Catalytic Converter For Supercharger

Can someone chime in on the set of cats they have in line with their supercharger. I am about to pull the trigger on a set of Pypes metallic sub-straight cats. I want am I'm willing to get the highest quality set I can. This week I am purchasing a set of longtube headers, set of cats, and a ProChamber. When the car is at the shop for the exhaust welding, they are going to give it an inspection/look over in anticipation to an engine tear down to install cam, springs, roller rockers, blower, fuel system, ect.. Any comments?

Any high flow cat should be fine...

Pypes stuff sucks for quality.

I ran Magnaflow Hi-Flow cats on my V6 blower set up and was very impressed.

OK, Thanks. I read some early failure reviews on AM's website for the high flow Pypes cats. I will research the ebay cats and where to purchase some Magnaflows. Thanks, everyone.

All right, but what are the OBD II styles for? Is it a necessity or convenient to have one with the bung at the end?

your headers should already have bungs

Odbll style maybe for rear o2 sensors my only guess.. But you always delete those...

OK, Thanks. The headers have a bung for primary O2 sensor, then after the cats will be the secondary. I will most likely go with a set of Magnaflows.

shut the rears off, they aren't necessary. if you want a bung made, use it for a/f meter
