Are 99 cobras forged?

I was reading a post in another forum and (hold on to your seats lol) believe it or not theres a guy in there that wants to put 2v heads on a 99 cobra. I asked him why in the world he would do that and his answer was weight reduction. :dunno:
I just about got him talked out of it but we are discusing other options and i wasnt sure if he had a forged lower or not.
