with me 'n' frank, that npi will be out rolling down the gutter to the trash can in no time!

im skinny, I could probably do the top bell housing bolts without needing to drop the tail of the tranny. LOL.

Frank is big 'n' strong. he can do the collector bolts.


Other than that, that's all you need to un-do. The cherry picker will pull out all of the electronic plugs automatically when you start lifting. :-D


(seriously, that was a joke. don't pull with things still plugged in.)

Save yourselves a ton of frustration and sawzall off the casting ears before you put the t45 back in. It makes re-installation sooo much easier, especially if you are working under jackstands with limited clearance. Just be sure to sand/file them smooth so you dont cut your hands trying to secure the top 2 bellhousing bolts. Lots of long extensions and swivel sockets will make the job much smoother.
