auto tranny question

So I know soon/in the future my tranny will eventually crap on me with the power im pushing and whats about to come. I was wondering with what tranny us auto guys replace the stockers with? I do not want a racing tranny such as a C4 because I drive the car a decent amount, but I do want something that will withhold the power i throw at it. Any input?

Just replace the 4r70w or put a 4r75w in there. Or rebuild the 4r70w with bigger bands and upgraded internals but for the most part i've understood the 70w to hold up to 500 hp stafely

The 4r70w is rated to holf 700 lb/ft stock...

A built trans from Darrin will handle anything you can throw at it.
