I had a back fire this morning and was wondering what could of caused it. It doesn't happen all the time just once in a while, and when shifting hard/fast
I shifted 2-3 and then heard a very loud pop noise kinda like a rifle or something.
any ideas on the cause?

edit: i dont know this helps but its also hard to drive when cold. the idle drops low when i start moving with a cold motor
