Bad and Good news!

So yesterday I went outside to see my car door open and my top mangled. My stereo was tampered with and my things scattered throughout the car. I called the police to make a report and after 10 phone calls I finally got an officer who was a prick, never saw an officer as they no longer send one out for things like auto break ins. Then it was time to talk to the insurance, I have Progressive and had never made a claim, but to my surprise it went very smooth! Talked to the adjuster yesterday, and met him today, and within 35 minutes had a check to replace the top and I am going to a place of my choice(yes i know its the law, but they could have been pricks about it. I am very satisfied with them and would highly recommend them. Top is 3 days out and will take a couple days to install.

sorry to hear bout that but atleast your happy with progressive, thats who i have my insurance with, ive never had to file a claim but all i have is problems with them.

yea the last time I was satisfied with how well my insurance took care of me, I was really suprised the price I had to pay the next time my policy came up to term
