bad day....

woke up late today, so decided to take the day off... then get a text that my insurance is due (thought i had another month, and wasted my money on drinks/ car parts in the last week.)

then i decided to put the rebels on my 00, well, i get the cobra wheels off the back, then put the rebels on... come around to the front and get all the lug nuts off except for one, and the key to the lug nut cracked... ordinarily, i would have just went to autozone, and bought a whole new set, but i had parked behind the vert, so i couldnt leave in that, and i let my brother use the avalanche to pick up a couch...

long story short, i didnt get my truck back untill 9:30, and so i had to blast to autozone and get a new set... aperently commercial closes at 6, so i had to pay with my debit card... which is my checking acount... any ways, thats what my truck payment/ insurance payment is taken out of.

so now, i dont have enough money for my truck payment, or insurance.... but i have lug nuts! time to cash in some bonds.

Damn man I thought I have had some bad days but I think this most likely tops them in my opinion. So are you like 0.00 broke or do you still have some money? I would start to sell stuff on Ebay, or go to the Pawnshop (They Rip You Off). That really sucks man I hate to see another Mustang owner like me going through such trouble. Things will work out...just give it time.

well, i have over 3k in bonds, all i have to do is cash them.

but yes, as far as my ballance shows, im ultra broke.. im going to be over drawn on my bank acount... so i have to cash some of the bonds asap.

it just sucks that all of this had to happen to day.

I only have one car payment, and usualy what money I have left at the end of the month goes into car parts/ fun stuff... As for living paycheck to paycheck, technically I don't even get a paycheck lol

I was just caught off guard this month with a weird insurance payment... But now I know why... I totaly forgot that I put insurance on the 98, because Texas law requires it to even transfer the title now.

It's all good though, cashed some bonds, and may be better off then I was before... Had a few more bonds then I had thought and actualy had drawn quite a bit of interest too.

I feel kinda redicculous for even posting this, just a unclear/ confused/ tired night :/

It's all good now though

This is why my car ALWAYS comes 2nd to me in buying things. I still live at home so I have it good right now luckily. I still have lots of bills including: Cellphone, I have a Blackberry data plan which is usually $70/month, Plates/insurance on the stang, $68/month and when I drive my escape it's $88/month, Gas bills on average for the mustang is $60 every 1.5 weeks, so usually $180 on gas alone then I have my $360 car payment on my escape. It's all about budget. I make sure EVERYTHING is covered then add $100 to that as an "emergency" thing. The rest of the money is fun/spending money

. Good luck though man, I lived like that when I was building the engine in my car, wasn't a fun time

No, I'm good, been good at keeping track of my money.

Just a bad day. Didn't plan on anything breaking or messing up, or an unexpected bill but I've learned now to save some spare cash for the unexpected..
