Have been on in a while do other things going on but got the car out the other day and now it sits about 1/2 to 1 inch lower on the pass side rear. Looked it over and didn't see anything broken. If I push down on that side a few times I can hear it snap and make some nosie by the shock, and when I have anyone ride in the car the tire rubs the fender pretty good. If any one has any ideas let me know. Thanks Tim

sounds like the top or bottom coil of the spring may have rusted through or something.. . .. . :confused1:

Shocks could be another option or maybe a bad control arm bolt has failed. .... you'll need to get under there ASAP.

How does the bolt fail on the control arm? The lower control arms are newer tubular and adjustable upper from steeda. The car is rust free, would there be any rubber isolators on the coils? They eibach springs. When you push down on that side it makes a popping/snapping sound be the shock or coil can't really tell. But when I jacked it up to change the wheels it sits almost level now, but now when you Jack it up on the driver side front it makes a lot of noise back there and feels and sounds like some thing might.be binding up going to look it over more later this week. I don't want drive in till I know for sure. The shocks are older tokico shocks about 8 + years old.

the bolt can rust through. I've seen it on this forum once. could be occurring to you.

there are indeed rubber isolators on the coils (from the factory). I'm not sure if they installed new ones with your new springs.

I'd pull the shocks and test them... pulling the rear shocks is a pretty easy job to get done.

Took a look at it and it was the isolator that is bad, it was all dried out and falling apart. Thanks for the info.
