those links dont work for me....

however, SFI approved rating means its capable of sustaining high RPM for extended periods of time.

If there is nothing wrong with your current stock balancer, then leave it alone. If it needs to be replaced, then just replace it with another stock replacement one from Ford Racing....

Not all aftermarket balancers are exactly 50oz or 28oz, and will need to be balanced properly before you install them. Otherwise you will get engine vibrations.

Links should work now.

The reason for getting a new balancer is I am building a new motor, and am trying to find a good aftermarket one.

If thats the case, then for sure spend the money on a good SFI piece.

ATI, Fluidamper, TCI etc....some offshore pieces that have been fine are the C.A.T Fluid-damper ones....

As far as Professional Products goes, they've lasted quite well so far on the motors they were put on.

IMO, the main key is to have the entire rotating assembly balanced (balancer, flywheel, crank,rods, pistons) for best longevity of the motor.
