Haha, you 5.0 guys have NO IDEA on what its like to put headers on a 4.6
My god, if you ever get to look at a 4.6 take a look under the hood and try to visualy see the headers and the bolts
, take your time (you will need it) They are a BITCH ! I had longtubes on my 98GT and I have them on my 99 Cobra now, the opinions vary from shop to shop but for mine the K member was taken out of the car and the motor supported from the top with a special made tool just for that purpose. With this prep work done the headers are a lot easier to get too, but can still be a pain in the ass on the back sides closest to the fire-wall. All I can say is good luck on the install, Ive went thru it twice myself and seen it done a dozen times over the past 5 years or so.........it hasnt gotten any better. :-[
