best place to buy 2v 4.6l

im swapping out my 98 motor for a newer PI. where would be the best place to pick one up for a reasonable price? ive looked on ebay but i havent really found anything worth while. any ideas?

I searched awhile back and couldn't find anything worth my while either. I hear of ppls getting deals on them but I couldn't find any. If I am going to spend a certain amount I feel I might as well just build mine up.

the aluminum block in the explorer saves about 80lbs.

I don't know what you're willing to spend, but Brothers performance sells an 01 Cobra engine, transmission and computer/wiring harness for $6,000

If you're working with a budget we have several 02-05 F 150 4.6's with under 30K for around $650,and most of them are Romeo
blocks so swaping the parts you need would be a breeze.
