I just got my car back from paint shop..Just curious on what some recommend for detailing..polish wax etc..I would like to keep swirl marks away. I know it may be impossible to keep them all out but what do some of you with black cars use that works well for this?

A lot of people say a carnauba wax is the best for dark colored cars like yours. I however use Klasse All in One mostly and it gives a deep shine and is one of the longest lasting waxes as well because it is acrylic.

A combo that I sell that is really popular for black is my Light Polish, Wet Glaze, Wet Wax or Poorboy's Natty's blue. I've had a lot of people that have really been happy with these products. You also get a 10% discount for being a member here!

Let me know if you have any questions.

What kind of wax is poor boy Natty's blue? I picked up some Maguires mirror show glaze polish #7 to use. It says to follow that up with Mirror glaze Yellow wax #26.? The Yellow wax they have is carnauba. I had no idea how many different waxes and polishes for paint there is.. :santa_undecided:

KAIO is a chemical cleaner that leaves very little protection behind. You should really follow up with a wax or sealant.
To the OP Megs #26 is a fine wax as is Poorboys Nattys Blue. Nattys have a slight lead over #26 in all categories.

I start off with a mother's clay bar, then i use a turtle wax specifically meant for black cars, it shines amazing, and it will cover up most light scratches and even some that are down to the metal, it depends how wide they are.

that's what i used last time anyway. that was like 4 months ago lol. prety soon it's about time for another wax and I think i'm gonig to pick up a bottle of just plain caranuba wax and spray it one top to make it glisten. idk if they'll mix yet tho
