I agree, mid 14s and possible high 13s(very high) if you can drive and launch the hell out of it. I would imagine that if everyone put a their money into the suspension instead of bolt-ons most of us could hit high 13s.

I did that. With coilovers, lakewoods, 4.10s, K&N, and an x-pipe, on drag radials, I ran 13.9-14.2 with a 1.7? to 1.82 60'. Its kinda funny, car launches and then everybody accuses you of sandbagging. :dunno:

Haha, that thing probably hauls ass for about 300 feet.

Theres a perfect example of working with the power you have.

I bet if you do a Pi swap you could hit 12s.

haha, ya it does. Once you shift into 3rd its more like a nice cruise down the street. Working on the PI swap, I think I've got all the parts. Just need to swap the valvesprings for the Comp springs so I can run the VT stg2 cams.

I know people are going to call bulshit and I will dig up the timeslips to prove it but the fastest I ran on a Stock NON-PI motor setup was a 14.1@98mph ( i think that was the mph). My mods at the time were Diablo Prog. with the car shifting at 6200 1st-2nd and 6k 2nd-3rd, 4.10 gears, o/r x-pipe, flowmaster catback, BBK CAI, 75mm TB, Ported stock upper plenum, FRPP Plug Wires, and an empty truck on street tires (275/40/17).

Now I have a mod list that would take forever to write out but everything else on the at the time was stock when I ran the 14.1, but it was pretty damn cold (60's), so I had that on my advantage too. That was the best run my buddy David and I had ever done in our cars in the same race against each other. He was driving a Mark VIII with just 4.10's, exhaust cut-offs, SCT chip, homemade intake and MSD wires and coil packs.
