BEST: Eibach pro kit definitely my favorite ( afraid of heights  ).

WORST: Buying cheap a$$ side markers from ebay. Not even 6 months old, and the rubber is cracking off of the lens :BangHead:.

I said my Ravelco Anti-Theft Device was my greatest buy. Still that, but just for different reasons now. When I bought it, my car was my everything. I've been through too much crap to ever get rid of it.

Now I still love it, I just know now it is just a piece of metal. I like that piece now because I thrown too much $ into it! I can never get back that.

All of my mods have been pretty good for what I invested, I've spent around 300 dollars and have a sts, gears, the install kit and full axle rebuild for the gears (next weekend!!!), lowering springs, catback, mid-pipe, bullit rims, and subframe connectors.... Gotta love craigslist

Worst:
Shorty headers didn't feel much of an improvement (ended up buying l/t waiting to be put on)
Best:
03 Cobra seats- made it much more comfy to drive and they look pimp.
FR500 steering wheel- also made the "feel" of the interior great.
Steeda Superlite Springs, Tokicko HP s/s, 03 front lca's- made the car handle 10x's better.

if i get a waiver for emissions im going with o/r h-pipe. i dont mind a spare pipe.
its worth a shot. most shops have a dont-ask, dont-tell policy. if you dont tell them it doesnt have the cats, and if your obd-II testing isnt dependent on the cats, then they'll pass you.

here in the Philadelphia area of PA, its illegal to remove the cats (as with anywhere else), but emissions testing doesnt require a visual, and the testing that obd-2 requires (at least here) isnt dependent on the cats (which is reading the codes and the gas cap check). which means, cats or not, as long as you arent throwing codes (have MIL's or o2's turned off), you'll still pass.

if youre still not following me, basically, the emissions machine wont care if the cats are there, and if emissions testing doesnt require a visual (marked as N/A on the slips here), they arent required to look for them. now if you go to a shop and ask them about this, they're always gonna tell you that they have to be there, and that its illegal to remove them, but thats because they dont want to lose their license... for all they know you could be some sort of inspector or whatever.

two straight years, two different cars, 0 cats, both passed inspection/emissions no questions asked.
