I got alot done this weekend and hopefully finish up what i can tomorow.Might Install hood pins if i get to them but i all ready have alot on the list for tomorow.All i need to finish to the car are the Adapters to the stock Fuel Feed and Return lines,Tranny Fluid, And its been a week since i ordered my Auto Computer but it should be in this week.Did not have the cash for the 315s but my G/F is lending me her like new 275-40s to use untill i get a set.So the Rear rims should be on by next weekend.







Sorry for the Crappy Night time pics.But i also got the -8 Line Installed and A1000 Regulator mounted.

I'm torn. For one I respect the swap. On the other hand WTF are you going to do about the blower? I guess of it's just a track car its cool.

Im not going to do anything aobut it.Its not just a Track car.I do have a Daily Driver but this car will be able to be a daily if i want it to bell.Hell it was the daily before the new daily lol.100 Percent Street Car...

And it has a Cowl hood on it now and it sticks way out.Even with a 6 inch cowl it would still have to be cut its just to tall.Being its the tallest Motor in the Modular family That is to be expected.The hood on the car now is two peices,Stock bottom and the cowl was cut out of a fox body cervini hood to make my own.Since i made the hood myself i did not want to part with it.But i took alot out of the hood(Cutting) so if it starts to fall apart i might get a 4-6 inch bolt on hood.

If you were able to figure out a way to make a custom rear inlet for the blower that would greatly reduce the height of the setup.

Very True.Im sure i can figure it out but i dont know if the plenum would flow as good if i were to alter it Might be somthing i look into later down the road.
The Whipple for these motor are like that If only i had the cash i would just whipple it.And get a 4 inch cowl.

Hey no problem... glad it worked out for ya. So I'm guessing a whipple is somewhere in your future?

Anyways congrats on getting her done (or almost done) and welcome to the 5.4 club :headbang:

I'm interested to see what kind of traction you get with that positive displacement blower.

Well when i had the 5.4 in there Running with the 5.4 N/A and 5 speed untuned it would light up the tires if i just bliped the throttle.We got it as close as we could ourself but still needed a dyno tune.After the throwout bearing broke(5 miles on 5.4 setup) i decided i was done with 5 speds and it was best to get ride of it before i broke my 5th one.I

Now its a Half Decent auto build by me and dad with a Blower lol.I sold the Drag wheels tho so im sure once its running im going to need some sticky tires,315s on fr500s aint going to do much...

Well the car is Right there.Im going to try and start it up this weekend.

Car might be taking another Turn.I have a guy wanting to trade me his complete 03 Cobra IRS For my Rear And im putting some serious thought into it.
He wants to trade straight up so if we can get somthing figured out by next weekend i think im going to do it.What do you guys think.
