Why would you want IRS if your car seems like more of a straight up drag car? With all that extra weight up front your not going to be doing much turning?

If anything it will help offset some of that extra weight that is in the front... The car will be over-all heavier but with the IRS it will help bring some of the weight balance back.

And yea the car did look like more of a drag car but since then i sold the drag wheels,sold the eibach drag springs put my interior back together, along with spare jack etc.Sure im still going to drag race it often but i have always wanted a IRS and Cobra Front Brakes,Basically a all around good ballance of performance.So i can Go Fast Stop Fast and Have fun around corners.and yea the blower is added weight but its nothing that would effect handling that bad.

Anywho.I got all the bugs worked out of the car today,And Turned the key!Everything works, it turns over like a champ but considering its a stock 96 4.6 auto computer it did not want to start,Tomorow i have to read it and make up a tune and see if i cant get er running finaly

It Did not Start up just yet just turns over.Turns over nice and easy like it shouldent be a issue to start i just need to make up a tune today and try again if it starts ill take some video.

Well Guys im back from mustang week so hopefully i can work on the car some this weekend.I am broke for the next week so if i need anything other then what i have in the garage to get the new fuel pump in the car will have to wait a few more days.Also need the Ruber seal for the fill neck since i ripped it last time i dropped the tank :BangHead:

As for the hood here is a simular hood on a car at mustang week.


My plans would be to get that hood there about $350 shipped.And after i cut it out for the blower i could form a little bubble to cover the motor completly out of fiberblass and just make it part of the hood,I like the sticking out of the hood look but everything i just put on the car thats new is all dirty from the weather and i clean it just to find it dirty again.So if i can get a hood to keep it covered i can actually clean under the hood and keep it nice lol.
