Atleast it's a 4.0 this time. XLT 4x4, 31s on it, albeit worn out. Lotsa miles but cheap as hell. Black the flares and grill out, headlights, lift, 33's, and i'll be happy.

95. Auto, saves my leg from the mustang lol. Full tow package with class 2 receiver. All wired up and all for it. I picked it up for 1300 and a set of old slicks LOL

227k. Still hauls booty for a ranger though. Fluids are pretty good shape. Doesn't run or act like its mileage. Theres to many of these motors and they are to simple to worry about mileage. If it has been worn out I would have said no thanks but it's strong. Has full exhaust on it to lol

Mileage is never a big deal with the Rangers. Tons of parts out there, tons of trucks out there. Good deal man!

Congratulations Steven nice Ranger.
With doing your regular maintenance on time you should get alot
of enjoyable years out of that truck.Take good care of it and it
will last.

Thanks folks. Just going to fix a few leaks, and some other small things and go from there. I see 33's and a lift in its future

I had this conversation on here the other day....lol

Do you really want your DD to have worse gas mileage than your stang? 33's will kill your mileage big time. Sure it'll look sexy, but what's your end goal here?

I like to mud/off road. The mustang doesn't do great on MPG honestly. I get MAYBE 15 on a good day. The end goal is to put the GT on backup duty, and put the nitrous on it and haul booty. I don't want to spray a car I have to depend on everyday

33s on a ranger doesnt get that bad of MPG, unless your running like a BFG mud terrain. Atleast it has a 4.0, and with a re-gear your mileage should be that bad. With a 16 gallon tank it does seem like you are filling up often, but its just a small tank.

I agree. I'll be happy with it. C6 and nitrous, heads/intake/cam will go on the mustang, and it will be nasty. No holding back now
