Bought S281 wing off ebay, no contact for 8 days

So ya, I bought this wing off ebay. During the auction, the seller was there answering questions and everything. Once I won it and paid, I didn't hear from the seller or anything. I tried emailing the email address that was paid through paypal, and I got a an email back saying delivery failed to that inbox, and that it didn't exist. I tried sending the seller a message through eBay twice and still nothing. What should I do, wait till 10 days and report him or wait to see if anything happens?

I would wait a little more...I believe you have 30 days to file a complaint through paypal.

He has a decent amount of feedback, i'd maybe contact eBay and see if they can get a hold of him and see what's up. It sucks when that happens but I find it hard to believe someone would run a scam on a $300 wing.

You paid $330 for that wing? You could have gotten an easier, dang sure just as good from MCR PARTS or even from Kaenen for about $220. That is what I gave for mine. Sorry dude, I have no idea about Ebay any more. I use my buddy's acct so he has to do this stuff.

I did just try to contact the seller for ya. Here's what I sent the loser:

just follow the rules, if they say wait 10 days to report, then on day 10 report it, paste a copy of your message trying to contact him in the report.
if you paid through paypal file the report through them too, that will get their attention because you have to respond to those or they take the money back.
I've had to file 2 times in the last month over not receiving things. both times I got my money back. I have an open dispute right now w/ BUMP PERFORMANCE over a cold air kit that they still haven't shipped me.

holy sh*t I just talked to him on the phone lol. Alright I guess all is cool, It was shipped out this week by a friend of his and he is going to give me tracking info when he gets home. So I'm glad it wasn't a scam, but I wish it was mailed out last week like it should have.
The price was for the oem paint on the wing that will match perfectly. Thats why I paid 300 for it. I got quoted 250 bucks to get a fully prepped wing painted out here in cali. So I think I did alright.

I've already sold my oem spoiler for 230, and if I can sell my trunk it will about equal out.

Dude for a painted wing that you can throw right on $300 is not bad at all. Sometimes paint work is so expensive.

I hate ebay now to much BS to deal with anymore. I sell parts on there from time to time but I dont buy off their anymore. Shipping times always suck, I can get a part in 2 days when ordered through summit.
