Brake line thread size

Does anyone know the thread size for the Master cylinder? Also, what about the hard lines that come off the calipers. Not the caliper itself, but the other end of the hard line that comes off of it. Ive searched but only find info about the ABS and stuff saying it is a fine metric thread.
