1) I jacked up the car and tried to turn the rear wheels... The Driver sides turns when I spin it... The passenger side wont MOVE at all basicly unless I really try to turn it.

What could be the problem... MY ABS light is on and I think only came on after the shop replaced the rear brakes..

Would it be a brake problem? What steps should I do.

Re: Brakes fucked up?

this might be dumb but is the e-brake off? and are both wheels off the ground. if the abs light is on and the shop didn't say anything about it, then take it back and have them pull the abs codes.

Re: Brakes fucked up?

if thats your rear tires you have more then brake problems

like any problem start eliminating things to pin point whats wrong. take off the calipers one at a time and try to spin....see if its different.

it also sounds like your locker is shot and needs rebuilt.......if the rear turns hard with the calipers off i'd say its time to open up the rear and take a look around.

hopefully it's something as simple as the brake draging or e-brake not disengaging. not that that's simple but at least you won't have to open up the diff.

When they replaced the rear brakes, was it just the pads or the rotors also??

Most likely they did not remove, clean, lubricate the caliper centering pin. They did a half ass job.

Remove the caliper, check the slide pins to see if one is stuck. It is probably the lower pin that is frozen.
