I have a 95 gt. I was doing a roll (the easy way to run em) and I totally f***ed up and went back into 1st at 60 instead of hitting 3rd. On to symptoms: Clutch pedal is on the floor. I can engage any gear without the clutch. I can roll the car in gear motor running and motor off. and thats about it. There is noise coming from the bellhousing when the engine is running. If there are other ways to tell these two problems apart, that input would be appreciated. I do not know if the transmission is a stock T5 or not, and I really dont know what kind of clutch is in it. I will know more as I tear it apart, because at this point it has to come out either way. I'm going to go play with the car right now and write down what I do find. I will ensure that the driveshaft spins with the rear wheels, and I will try to get a flashlight under the car to see if I can see if my clutch fork fell off of the ball inside the bellhousing. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

Hard to say really. This is one of those times when you will have to just open it up to see what you broke and hope it stops there and that you didn't do internal damages as well.
