A local guy has a pair of fronts for a decent price and I may pick them up. What all do i need to make them work? Direct bolt on or what? I know the rotors are bigger but besides that..
Thats what im doing, well not excatlly but you dont need cobra in the rear. Just bolt them up, you need the caliper brackets, banjo bolts, calipers, rotors, then I would suggest SS lines (stangsuspension sells their own for a good price). Im using the GT M/C some will say go cobra but I like my GT just a firmer pedal feel I've been told is the only diffrence.
matt is correct. you do not need to use the cobra rears. for the front setup you need everything he listed. you do need
brake lines for the cobra although they do not have to be ss. i have stock (new of course) cobra brake lines on the front
and have a nice pedal, but as matt stated, to get an even firmer pedal, buy a set of stainless steel lines.

yep, all you need are the calipers, rotors, and the correct lines. (your stock lines will not work with the cobra calipers). I would recommend ss lines (stangsuspension sells some for like $60). I would also recommend purchasing some nice new brake fluid and flush the whole system, this made a world of difference with my old sixxer. (I used some kind synthetic, exceeds dot 3 stuff)
I had mach1 calipers, power slot rotors, and ss lines in the front and a baer 13" rear kit on my sixxer. On my gts I have the same front setup and all stock rear stuff. (ps. if you don't use his brake lines, or buy a ss set make sure you get the right ones. they make two different sets because the 10th anni calipers use a different banjo bolt or something, don't quote me on that can't exactly remember)
