Standard TR3650 with Pro5.0. I can get it into First just fine if I'm almost at a stop. If I'm sitting in Neutral, depress clutch, and try to put it in First, it's as if it's locked out or something. Putting it in Second then shoving it through the gate into First quick helps. Ideas? Shifting is otherwise smooth, no issues.

Stock cable = no adjustment. I've tried the lifting up on the pedal trick and there's a way to gain slight adjustment at the quadrant (need to look that up) but that's it for options.

Welcome to the world of the TR3650, mine has the usual trouble getting into reverse sometimes but first gear is like that sometimes as well like it just wont go. Mine only has 51k on the clock and it has those issues, what is the pedel trick you speak of?

Did some searching earlier and found the adjustment in question:

I get the principle behind it, just not sure I want to climb under the dash and start monkeying around only to have a cable let go. If it's the nature of the beast then I'll just leave well enough alone. No problems with Reverse for me...yet...
