Anybody else name their cars? My wife and I have been doing so for a while. Mostly we pick punny names, because that's how we roll.
Some examples:

'59 T-Bird "Shasta"- She hasta have a new engine, sh' hasta have a new interior, sh' hasta have....
'04 Dodge 1500 "Mae"- She may have been a good purchase, she may not have been. (She got totalled after a year).
'17 Mazda3 "Dianna"- "My ol' car die, an' ah had to git a new one".

But the Mustang got a "serious" name, "Dynja". It's old Norse. Means "loud, raucous noise; specifically, the clattering of hooves." Seemed like perfect name for a Mustang with no mufflers.

On the farm we have nicknames for the assorted Land Cruisers and pickups just to disambiguate them. Can't even reference them by color since there's a lot of overlap and we'd otherwise just call them all bakkies (pronounced buck-ees, it's an Afrikaans word with many meanings but usually referring to a small pickup).
