did you ever thinkg about putting the oe pump back in to see if it still continued or why not just go get the car tuned and see what they have to say.

Take it to a tuner or the Ford dealer lord knows what you got going on

i talked with my tuner he said that a tune wont fix the problem that the car have something wrong and i have to fixit before tune it ....... so i dont know what to do

A tune won't fix the problem, it's mechanical, you're just going to have to get out there and start going over things.
