Battery and Starter are fine. I think it's a fuel pressure issue but I'm not sure. It starts normally if I turn the key to ON a couple times before starting it. Lets the fuel pumping prime so that's my reasoning for thinking maybe fuel pressure is low? It drives fine. Doesn't bog or anything.

If its a higher mileage car the pump is probably on its way out, you can always check the pressure at the fuel rail by connecting a gauge on the Schrader valve. You can get a replacement Wahlbro pump for a little less than $100
